How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks before your event to ensure availability and allow time for any custom branding elements. For large corporate events or weddings, earlier is always better.
What's included in the base rate?
The base rate covers 2 hours of service for up to 75 guests, a full espresso bar (hot and iced drinks), 2 milk options of your choice, and 3–5 homemade syrup flavors. Branded add-ons are available at an additional cost.
Can you handle large corporate events or conferences?
Yes. For groups over 75, we scale service hours accordingly. For events of 120 or more, we recommend adding draft cold brew or draft latte packages to maintain speed of service without sacrificing quality.
Do you offer branded experiences for corporate clients?
Absolutely. We offer a full suite of branded options — custom cart wraps in your brand colors, latte art printing with your company logo, and branded cups. These add-ons are popular for brand activations, product launches, and employee appreciation events.
What events are you set up to serve?
We're built for corporate events (conferences, brand activations, holiday parties, employee appreciation), weddings, engagement parties, baby showers, private parties, and any gathering where great coffee makes a difference.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the greater Philadelphia area, including surrounding counties and South Jersey. For events beyond 50 miles, an additional travel fee applies. Reach out and we'll confirm coverage for your location.
